The module CBTLRM01 is a multi-protocol module that supports Bluetooth 5.0 stack for BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) that is designed for high data rate short-range wireless communication in the 2.4GHz ISM band and LoRAWAN on 150MHz to 960MHz. This combination module is based on Nordic Semiconductor chipset NRF52832 radio transceiver IC that has a 32bit ARM Cortex-M4F CPU along with SEMTEK's SX1262 IC. Thus supporting Bluetooth 5, Bluetooth mesh, Thread, Zigbee, 802.15.4, ANT, 2.4 GHz proprietary stacks and LoRAWAN. It has numerous digital peripherals and interfaces. The module can transmit up to +22 dBm with highly efficient integrated power amplifiers on LoRA and can transmit up to +4dbm in BLE.
A 54-pin module that is designed with rich customization capabilities. Ultra small foot print of 25.4 × 20.07mm with internal PCB antenna and optional u.fl for BLE. It also supports and port for helical antenna and an optional u.fl antenna for LoRA. The module hosts 48 General Purpose I/O pins and can be powered with a 1.7-5.5VDC source. The module supports SPI, UART with bauds from 1200 to 115200, I2C, ADC and LPCOMP interfaces.
